Tofu Burgers
2 packages of soft tofu
3/4 cup sunflower seeds, crushed
1 chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup old fashioned oats
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper
hot sauce
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
*In a food processor, pulse together tofu, seeds, onion and garlic
*Pour into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients, mix well.
*Form into patties and cook in a skillet (with olive oil) for 4-5 minutes per side.
*Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
